Ask us a questionWho is it for?
Adult riders. These are high-power scooters, not ride-on toys for kids. The max rider weight for each model is in the specs above.
Can I ride it on the street?
Rules for electric scooters change from state to state and city to city, and many cap power or speed on public roads. Check your local rules before riding on streets, bike lanes or sidewalks. Always wear a helmet.
How fast does it ship?
Free, tracked shipping from a US warehouse, about 4 to 6 business days. Your estimated delivery window shows above the Add to cart button.
What does the warranty cover?
A 12-month manufacturer warranty. If something goes wrong, email info@turbokids.ca with your order number and a photo or short video, and we handle the claim with the manufacturer.
Can I return it?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, under the manufacturer's return policy. Email info@turbokids.ca before sending anything back and we send you the steps.
Are the speed and range guaranteed?
No. They are the manufacturer's ratings in ideal conditions. Rider weight, hills, wind, tire pressure and cold weather all reduce real speed and range.
