Yes, if you order by Dec 12. Every product page shows your delivery window before you pay.

Where is my order?

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Send us your order number with the form above if you cannot find it.

Something is missing or damaged in the box

Send photos with the form above within 3 days of delivery, before assembling. We replace a damaged ride-on and ship missing parts free.

How do returns work?

Within 30 days of delivery if it is new, unassembled and unused, in its original box. Ask for a return authorization at info@turbokids.ca before shipping anything. Return shipping is at your cost, the original delivery cost (included in the price, based on size and weight) is deducted from the refund, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Damaged, defective or wrong item: no fee, we cover it. Full return conditions.
