These terms apply to purchases on this website, operated by Turbo Kids. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and safety

Ride-ons are intended for the ages and maximum weight stated on each product page and must be used under adult supervision, with the parental remote where provided. Follow the assembly and safety instructions supplied with the product.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with a delivery date or a full refund.

Trademarks

Can-Am, Lamborghini, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, GMC, Jeep, CAT and other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used under license by the manufacturer of the licensed products.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.
