Returns and refunds

30-day returns, no restocking fee

You can return any ride-on within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. We never charge a restocking fee. Orders delivered between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31.

Conditions

• The ride-on and its accessories must be complete and undamaged. Normal assembly is fine; please keep the original box if possible.
• Start your return by emailing info@turbokids.ca with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Return shipping

• Defective, damaged or wrong item: return shipping is on us.
• Change of mind: the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. We quote it before you ship, so there are no surprises.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Warranty

Every ride-on is covered by a 1-year limited warranty, battery included, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We fix covered issues by shipping replacement parts or, if needed, a replacement unit. Normal wear (tires, cosmetic scratches), misuse, water damage and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
