Shipping policy

Free tracked delivery on every ride-on to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing and delivery times

Orders placed before 2 pm ET on a business day are processed the same or next business day.
Transit time is typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, from our US partner warehouse.
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas delivery

Order by December 12 for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after this date ship in order received; we will tell you right away if a delivery date cannot be met.

Large items

Larger ride-ons ship in one big box, delivered to your door by ground carrier. Please inspect the box on delivery and note any visible damage with the driver.

Damaged or missing items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@turbokids.ca with your order number and photos. We ship replacement parts or a replacement unit at no cost.

Taxes

Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. There are no import duties for US orders.
