About Turbo Kids
Turbo Kids is a ride-on specialist, not a toy warehouse. We run a showroom and a repair workshop at 635 Boul. Pierre-Bertrand in Québec City, Canada, and the Turbo Kids team has shipped more than 5,700 orders. Turbo Kids USA is how we bring the same ride-ons, and the same after-sale care, to families in the United States.
How US orders work
- Ships from a US warehouse. No customs, no duties, no surprise fees at the door.
- Free tracked delivery anywhere in the contiguous US. Your delivery window is shown on every product page before you pay.
- Order by December 12 for delivery before Christmas.
What we stand behind
- 1-year warranty, battery included. Most ride-ons come with 6 months.
- 30-day returns on new, unassembled rides in the original box. Damaged in transit? Free replacement: send photos within 3 days of delivery. Return conditions.
- Real ride-on techs. Parts, troubleshooting and repairs long after Christmas morning.
