Questions parents ask
Still unsure? Email a ride-on tech at info@turbokids.ca. We answer within 1 business day.
Ask a ride-on techHow fast does it go?
Up to 4.97 mph. With the parent remote you can steer, slow it down or stop it from across the yard, so younger kids can start with you in control.
How long does the battery last?
About 60 minutes of riding per charge, depending on rider weight, terrain and speed. A full charge takes 8 to 12 hours.
What age and weight is it for?
Made for ages 3-8, up to 132 lbs total.
How big is it, and will it fit through my door?
It measures 52.36 x 36.22 x 31.49 in (length x width x height) and weighs 74 lbs.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order by Dec 12. Your delivery window shows right above the Add to cart button.
Is it hard to assemble?
Most parents finish in one evening with the assembly video. No special tools. Arrived damaged? Send photos within 3 days of delivery, before assembling, and we replace it free. Missing a part? It ships free.
What does the warranty cover?
One full year on the ride-on, the battery, the charger and the remote. If something fails, we ship the part or the fix, not a form.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is new, unassembled and unused, in its original box. Ask for a return authorization at info@turbokids.ca before shipping anything. Return shipping is at your cost, the original delivery cost (included in the price, based on size and weight) is deducted from the refund, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Damaged, defective or wrong item: no fee, we cover it. Full return conditions.
Can I get parts in 2 years?
Yes. We run our own ride-on repair workshop and source parts for every model we sell.
Ready for Christmas morning?
