Adult riders. These are full-size, high-power electric bikes, not ride-on toys for kids. The max rider weight or payload for each model is in the specs above.
Can I ride it on the street?
E-bike rules change from state to state and city to city. Many states use three classes: Class 1 and 2 assist up to 20 mph, Class 3 up to 28 mph. Models that go faster can fall outside e-bike rules on public roads and trails. Check your local rules before riding and always wear a helmet.
How fast does it ship?

What does the warranty cover?
A 12-month manufacturer warranty. If something goes wrong, email info@turbokids.ca with your order number and a photo or short video, and we handle the claim with the manufacturer.
Can I return it?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, under the manufacturer's return policy. Email info@turbokids.ca before sending anything back and we send you the steps.
Are the speed and range guaranteed?
No. They are the manufacturer's ratings in ideal conditions. Rider weight, hills, wind, tire pressure and cold weather all reduce real speed and range.
