Ask us a questionWho is it for?
Riders with off-road experience. These are full-size, high-power electric dirt bikes, not ride-on toys for young children. The max rider weight for each model is in the specs above when the manufacturer lists it. Always ride with a helmet and protective gear.
Can I ride it on the street?
These bikes are built for off-road riding and are not sold as street-legal vehicles. Rules for public roads, trails and parks change from state to state. Check your local rules before riding, and always wear a helmet and protective gear.
How fast does it ship?
Free, tracked shipping from a US warehouse, about 4 to 6 business days. Your estimated delivery window shows above the Add to cart button.
What does the warranty cover?
A 12-month manufacturer warranty. If something goes wrong, email info@turbokids.ca with your order number and a photo or short video, and we handle the claim with the manufacturer.
Can I return it?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, under the manufacturer's return policy. Email info@turbokids.ca before sending anything back and we send you the steps.
Are the speed and range guaranteed?
No. They are the manufacturer's ratings in ideal conditions. Rider weight, hills, terrain, riding mode, tire pressure and cold weather all reduce real speed and range.
