How long does the battery last?

About 45 to 60 minutes of riding per charge, depending on rider weight, terrain and speed. A full charge takes 8 to 10 hours.

What age and weight is it for?

Made for ages 1-3, up to 66 lbs total.

How big is it, and will it fit through my door?

It measures 30.31 x 15.94 x 17.72 in (length x width x height) and weighs 15.4 lbs. At 15.94 in wide it fits through standard interior doors.

What does the warranty cover?

One full year on the ride-on, the battery, the charger and the remote. If something fails, we ship the part or the fix, not a form.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is new, unassembled and unused, in its original box. Ask for a return authorization at info@turbokids.ca before shipping anything. Damaged, defective or wrong item: no fee, we cover it. Full return conditions.

Can I get parts in 2 years?

Yes. We run our own ride-on repair workshop and source parts for every model we sell.
